If you read my fitness updates, you’ll know that one of my goals was to up my daily steps from 10,000 a day to 15,000. I’m glad to say that most days, I manage to do this and I’m actually hoping to try upping it again soon!
So I thought I would share some of the ways I upped my daily steps. Note that this obviously won’t work for everyone and I’m in no way an expert, but hopefully it will help some of you!
I walk to and from the train station!
